Zara Perfume Haul + My (disappointing) experience with ordering online

In this video I share my experience ordering perfume with Zara Australia and a haul.

** Update** So about 3 days later I was sent an email from customer service. They confirmed they will not be sending a replacement for the replacement. So even though the replacement was still missing a vial, the fact that it was a replacement and not an original order, they will not replace it again. They explained that even if it is faulty/not complete/broken etc they won’t replace it.

So my only option was a refund. I still had to go to the post office to mail back the item for the third time now, and email them proof the item was sent back.

I’m now just waiting for the refund, which hopefully happens soon.

I probably won’t try to order perfume from Zara Australia online again, it’s not worth the risk or time. There seems to be no quality checking on the packages and the whole experience just left me disappointed.
