Itinerary
(Perth – Monkey Mia – Exmouth – Kalbarri – Perth)
Monkey Mia – Dolphin Resort – 2 nights (9 hours)
– Dolphin Feeding every morning at Jetty (7:45-12pm)
not everyone gets a chance to feed – they select 3 people each session (3 sessions a day)
– 4 Wheel driving – Big & Small Lagoon
– Shark Bay
Food Recommendations:
At the resort only as there’s no other places close by
on the way to Exmouth we stopped at;
– Shell Beach
– Carnarvon cactus farm – dollar coin entry $
Exmouth – Air BnB (33 Inggarda Lane) 7 nights (8 hour drives)
– Turquoise bay – snorkelling
– Oyster stacks – snorkelling
– Dunes beach – to see turtles
– Yardie creek with kayaks we hired
– Lighthouse for sunset
– Quad biking + turtle watching tour @ Coral Bay (1.5 hr drive)
– Coral Bay Main Beach – Snorkelling
– Aquarium was a waste of time lol (unless you have kids)
– Whaleshark Tour – we wanted to but they weren’t in season
-$$ National Park Fees (to get to turquoise bay ect)
$12 per car per day or $25 for 5 days
– Get a Telstra Sim (if you’re not with them already) as we had no coverage with Vodafone. Most places don’t offer wifi too.
