Let us Pray!

I came across this article on Wyclef John’s organization “Yele Haiti”, and why it may not be the best choice to send your money to right now. Not sure how accurate the article is and if you’re considering donating to them I’d definetely do more research on this, but it’s just food for thought.

The article can be seen here:

This google site has a public database where you can imput someone’s information if you are looking for someone, or if you have information on someone that you know is ok. I’ve just recently been informed that this database will only work if the person is a US citizen. If the person only has Haitian citizenship, it will not work (I think that’s quite rediculous, but hopefully this will help someone) anywho, the link to the website is here:

Being in the Army myself, Red Cross is and always will be my first choice. They do a lot for our military, and I can trust that if I donate them my money it will be used for its intended purposes. Today I made my donation to help those suffering in Haiti, and also took the time to donate to my fellow troops, let’s do whatever we can people! Stand for something, or fall for anything!

SMS text HAITI to 90999 to donate $10 to the American Red Cross relief efforts
